Peter's Birthday Interview

Peter Turns Five!!

Peter and Nana and Papa went on a birthday adventure to Krispy Kreme and the Grand Rapid's Public Museum.

Then we met up for dinner at Smoky Bones; this has been Peter's dinner choice for three of his birthdays.

Then home for cake and presents.

Peter still can't blow out a candle very well.

He got Snap Circuits and has been playing with them every day.

The Last of the Winter Crafts

Supposedly it is Spring, but since there is still a lot of snow and single digit temps we are going to finish up a few winter crafts I had prepared.

First Zoo Trip of 2014

First Bike Ride of the "Spring"

Many of the sidewalks still have a foot of snow on them, or several inches of pure ice.  For a while I resorted to dragging the stroller backwards because the front wheels kept getting buried in the snow.  The front yard has 2+ feet; the drifts and snow plow piles are 5+ feet.

But, the temp was up to 30 today and the sun was glorious.  Tomorrow it is supposed to be 40ish and sunny; we're planning a trip to the zoo!
