Florida Trip - Part 1 - The Indianapolis Children's Museum

We got up early this morning and drove to our first stop - the Indianapolis Children's Museum.  This is a great museum with exhibits featuring many of Peter's favorite things.

Dinosaurs:  Here Peter is fitting plastic bones and teeth into their rubber molds while Elliot watches from his stroller.

Trains:  There was a model train running in a case.  The kids could climb under the track into a series of "caves" and they could pop their heads up into bubbles to see other parts of the track.
There were many train cars on display and Peter stared at them enthralled.

Sand:  There was a huge Playscape exhibit designed from kids 0 - 5 and it had large sand and water play areas.

More Trains:  Also in the Playscape there was a train play area that included toy trains and a hand powered train car that Peter was just strong enough to move.

Elliot entertained himself in the padded baby area with his favorite activity - eating his shoes.
