"Sushi" for Lunch

I put sushi in quotes because I'm not sure if what I made qualifies.  It was made with sushi rice and rice wine vinegar, but there was no nori involved.

As you can see, Peter was skeptical and did not let it even touch his lips.

Doug outright refused to eat any because it had tuna in it.

But, Elliot and I loved it. 

Elliot also discovered the cubes could be stacked.
